Viewing a person in a more holistic way means we can address issues as if they were a disconnect from the whole. By working on reconnecting an individual back to their wholeness, it gives a chance for the disconnected parts (the illness) to dissolve away paving the way for improved overall health and healing.

Taking the stress out of digestion allows the body to muster its own healing energy to return the individual to a better state of health.

Reality Check

Whilst what you eat can (and usually does) have a massive bearing on your general wellbeing, for some, the journey can be too much, feel too restrictive, or just plain not enjoyable. For this type of person, undertaking a significant diet change can actually spark anxiety and resistance and can even make things worse leading them to give up too quickly. In these cases, alternative options (such as Personal Empowerment Sessions or Tachyon Energy Healing) are recommended first before committing to a full blown nutrition program (if still required). This is of course all dependent on the issue at hand.

This depends entirely on what you are seeking a program for! Some may see a difference in as little as a few weeks, for others it may take years to reset a hugely compromised system - but of course you'll experience improvements on the way. The important thing is your commitment to see it through.

Usually every 7 weeks until you start seeing symptom relief.

Do you always use supplements?

This depends on why you are seeking a program. In the majority of cases, targeted supplements will help speed up the recovery process.

What is your approach to weight loss?

Weight loss is as much about mindset as it is about food. Usually, it is recommended to combine the program with a series of Personal Empowerment Sessions to also address your emotional relationship with food.

Supplements can get expensive so I do my best to pass on discounts where possible.
