Is this counselling or psychotherapy?
No.

Will I have to relive painful memories?
Although difficult experiences may naturally arise during the process, the intention isn't to repeatedly revisit trauma.

Do you use any hypnosis during the session?
No.
Hypnosis is not used during the sessions.
Do you work with couples?
Yes.
However, I usually see each partner separately.
This allows both individuals the freedom to release their own emotional patterns without feeling restricted by the presence of the other, often leading to healthier communication and a stronger relationship.
Can you help with addictions?
Yes.
Having previously worked within an addiction clinic, I understand both the complexity of addiction and the impact it has on individuals and families.
