Workout Recovery Boost

An actual case demonstrating a holistic approach to enhance exercise / workout recovery abilities

A client came to see me to help him to enhance his workout recovery times and abilities in a more natural and effective way.

He was already on a number of supplements and powders to help with his exercise regime and personal physical goals but was becoming increasingly concerned at how much he was taking and what effect it could have on his long-term wellbeing. Thus far, his choices and decisions regarding his supplement regime were largely based on what he had read on the internet and seen on social media. He listened to his body and reached out for help.

We went through his diet and supplement list and also his personal goals for his fitness levels and physical appearance.

I put together a tailored program that would potentially allow his body to recover faster and deeper whilst simultaneously boosting his immune system so he could work out with more intensity in the same time he had allotted to his fitness regime. The program consisted of nutritional supplements and Tachyonized tools and remedies. We reviewed this every few months based on his feedback and progress and tweaked where appropriate.

His feedback after only a short time was incredible.

First thing he noticed was his post workout physical exhaustion would only last a short while and he could barely notice the aches and pains he used to get after intense exercises. Secondly, which he was not expecting, was how much his mind had quietened down. He informed me he noticed a sense of presence he had never had before and that this was also helping his home and work life in profound ways. Thirdly, his strength and intensity in the gym had noticeably improved. Fourthly, his immunity levels had improved and he was feeling better within himself in general.

I think his biggest realisation was that investing for the ‘inside' was worth far more to him than what he was doing for just his outside. His new found optimism allowed him to enjoy and engage in his workout routine more than ever.
